Former Ranger and instructor with a background in survival and leadership under pressure.
Armando believes that many men today are missing a place where they can truly grow and connect. With Manthos, he is building that environment a network of men who challenge each other, take responsibility, and move forward together.
Randall Kleijnen
Founder & Boots-On-The-Ground Visionary
Former Airborne soldier, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthousiast and father of three. Randall spent years operating in high pressure environments where discipline, responsibility and teamwork were essential. Through Manthos he now focuses on building strong communities of men who challenge each other to grow.
